Med-Action is a first aid training app published by CST. This policy describes exactly what the app collects, which is very little, and what it deliberately does not collect.
Only a name and an email address, and only if you choose to give them. The app asks once and offers a Skip button. Every lesson works whether you provide them or not — nothing in the app is locked behind the form.
Alongside them we store the app version, platform, language and country you selected, so we know which builds and languages are in use.
To let you know when new lessons are added. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, share it, or pass it to advertisers, and there is no advertising or analytics SDK in the app.
On a server operated by CST in France (OVH), in a database that only CST can reach. Traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with TLS.
Until you ask us to delete it. You can remove your details from Settings → Your details → Remove in the app, which clears them from your phone; email us to have the server copy deleted too.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We will action deletion requests without asking for a reason.
Med-Action is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their details. The lessons themselves are suitable for anyone.
After the one-time content download, Med-Action works with no internet connection at all. When offline it sends nothing, because it cannot.
